Nearthing Institute and IAEA sign CRP cooperation agreement
On April 20, the Institute of Modern Physics of the Chinese Academy of Sciences and the Institute of Nuclear Science and Technology of the Chinese University of Science and Technology held a signing ceremony of relevant cooperation agreements in Hefei.
The signing ceremony was presided over by Sheng Liusi, executive vice president of the Institute of Nuclear Science and Technology, and addressed by Wan Xi, president of the Institute of Nuclear Science and Technology, and Xu Hushan, deputy director of the Institute of Near Objects.
The agreements signed include the establishment of the Joint Research Center for Nuclear Science and Technology, mutual recruitment of mentors, joint recruitment and training of "on-the-job Master of Engineering" and "on-the-job Doctoral of Engineering", the establishment of a special award fund for the Institute of Modern Physics and directional training of outstanding students.
According to these agreements, the two sides will cooperate with each other in scientific research, teacher sharing and personnel training, so as to realize the connection between the talent training of the Institute of Nuclear Science and Technology and the talent demand of the Institute of Near Physics, and further promote the development of nuclear science and technology and the cultivation and growth of relevant talents in China.
After the signing ceremony, Xu Hushan, on behalf of the Institute of Near Objects, issued a letter of appointment for visiting researchers to the experts of the Institute of Nuclear Science and Technology, and jointly expressed his good will to deepen cooperation in various fields.
